Typhoon

By Pepper Trail

All things that can be broken
          are
Houses trees bridges bodies
      all made things
                        unmade
This is a bad time to be
    solid intricate                alive

Sea and sky are at each other
        fighting or loving or
becoming one
                        and we in the way
must find a hold as best we can

or we can become water
or we can become wind
